Monthly Rates: $400 - 30 AMP Service and $550 - 50 AMP Service

$20 additional for use of #110 service.

Avondale RV Park Two

Daily Rate: $60.00

Weekly Rate: $250

Monthly Rate: $550 - 30 or 50 AMP Service

$100 of the rent payment is for an electricity credit. If more than $100 worth of electricity is used, Tenant will be responsible for overage with current rent payment.
